You can book an appointment through our website, Email, by calling us directly, or by visiting The Kurl Bar in person. We do not accept walk-ins so scheduling in advance will ensure availability.

Please arrive in a wash and go. Your hair must be completely down and dry. Avoid using any heavy creams, oils or butters. (I suggest using leave in, gel or foam, or any combination of the three). Please refrain from using hair ties, clips, headbands or hats. Due to the flow of the service, failure to come in properly may result in a rescheduled appointment and $50 fee.

We use high-quality, salon brand lines including Innersense Organic Beauty, OWAY organic way, AG naturals, and Amika. Our stylists can recommend the best products for your specific hair type and overall needs.

It depends on your hair's needs and your styling preferences. Generally, we recommend a trim every 8-10 weeks for someone who wears their hair straight or maintains extensions. And 12-16 weeks for curly clients who are looking to maintain healthy curls and shape.

Yes, we offer color services. Our stylists are skilled in techniques that maintain the integrity of your hair while achieving beautiful color results. Before booking please email (info@thekurlbar.co) with picture of your hair currently and inspiration pictures.

We understand that plans can change. The booking system sends out a link when you book your appointment; when you click this link it shows your appointment details and allows you to reschedule or cancel up to 24hours before your scheduled appointment. Please do so within the time frame to avoid a 30% cancellation fee.

Gratuity is not included in the service price but is greatly appreciated. We do not accept tip on the card, you will see that we select None during your checkout. You can tip your stylist in cash, Venmo or cash app.
